Check your Self-Service portal to see if you have any outstanding items.
7 days before Financial Clearance

Review and Your Offer
Sign in to Self-Service  to actively confirm (accept or decline) your Financial Aid offer. If accepting any loan, review the Check List to complete any additional loan items.

10 days prior to the end of the term

Loan Processing Deadline
To receive financial aid for a term, all required application steps must be completed at least 10 business days before the term ends.

Important Billing Information

Please note that tuition statements are only generated in CLUPay once you have officially enrolled in classes. Because graduate students are billed per credit, your statement balance is determined by the specific number of units you are registered for in any given term. Once enrolled, you can view your statement via CLUPay.
