Poster Guidelines

Some events use research posters. Below is some helpful information about poster presentations. Please also work with your faculty mentor to ensure that your poster aligns with your discipline's standards. 

• Need a template? Download these powerpoint templates: PowerPoint Poster Templates. 
• Students are responsible for printing and bringing their own poster to the session, unless the department responsible for the session advises otherwise. 
• A typical poster is 3 feet tall by 4 feet wide.
• Students can print posters on campus at the Campus Print Services. Students can email an attachment of their poster to pserv@CalLutheran.edu and/or bring a copy of it on a flash drive.  
• Print Services on campus charges about $56 for a poster print. Cash, check and credit/debit are all accepted.
• Please allow one week for posters to be printed.
