Established in 1973, Interface Children & Family Services is the region’s most comprehensive nonprofit social services agency providing direct, responsive, wrap-around services to address the complex needs of clients and our local community. Interface is seeking a visionary, collaborative, and strategic leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide clear strategic direction and overall organizational leadership by articulating a compelling vision, setting priorities, and empowering the senior leadership team. The next CEO will be expected to lead through a changing funding and policy environment, foster open communication and collaboration across the organization, and position Interface to meet evolving community needs.

Pay Range: $250,000-$300,000

The Green Jobs Coordinator is responsible for implementing, managing, and evaluating CFROG’s green workforce development activities. In this position, the Green Jobs Coordinator will teach climate justice, climate change, and offshore wind career curriculum to pre-apprenticeship labor students and potentially other audiences. This work also includes participation and meaningful involvement in offshore wind and/or green workforce related coalition and advocacy spaces, including the Central Coast Community Benefits Coalition. Additionally, this position will work on communications projects to uplift offshore wind benefits, fight against misinformation, and provide public education.

Pay Range: $31.37/hr

Senior Concerns is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Development & Events Coordinator to support fundraising efforts and signature community events that help ensure no senior is left hungry, isolated, or without support. In this full-time, on-site role in Thousand Oaks, you’ll play a vital part in donor stewardship, data accuracy, and event execution—helping create meaningful experiences for supporters while contributing to programs that serve over 13,000 older adults and caregivers each year. The Development Coordinator plays a key supporting role in advancing the organization’s fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach efforts. Pay Range: As EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR, you’ll join us earning $28–$30/hour DOE, plus full benefits.  This role is structured as a 32-hour/week schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM (including a one-hour unpaid lunch break each day) and Friday, 9:30 AM–1:30 PM.  Occasional variations in daily hours may occur depending on convenings, Board meetings, and project needs; however, the role is designed to average       32 hours per week.

Friendship Center is a licensed adult day program dedicated to providing compassionate care, connection, and joy to older adults, particularly those living with dementia, and support to the families who love them. As a Program Specialist, you’ll be part of the daily rhythm of our center and the lives of our members. Your days may include:

-Assisting participants with personal care needs respectfully and with dignity
-Supporting meals, snacks, and shared dining experiences

-Helping prepare for special events and celebrations
-Collaborating with a close-knit team to support each participant’s unique needs
-Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized space following health and safety protocols
