The SB Rescue Mission is a year-round emergency shelter providing essential services to the homeless between Santa Maria and Ventura. Its 12-month residential recovery program is offered free to participants and focuses on holistic care, with nearly 1,000 graduates forming an active alumni network. Programs at the Mission provide individualized case management to help participants achieve stable housing. The Women’s Treatment Program Director will oversee a 24-bed residential treatment program, ensuring compliance with state standards (DHCS) and ASAM level 3.1 requirements. Key responsibilities include leading a team of 5+ staff, promoting professional development, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment, and managing client intake and ongoing care documentation. Additionally, the Director will handle conflict resolution and crisis intervention as needed.

Required qualifications include certification or licensure in addiction treatment (e.g., CADC, LAADC, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) and proven experience in leading drug and alcohol recovery programs. Strong conflict resolution, decision-making skills, and a commitment to a client-centered, holistic approach are essential. The ideal candidate will also collaborate effectively with staff, clients, and partners while aligning with the organization’s mission and values.

Preferred qualifications include experience managing long-term residential facilities and familiarity with the needs of homeless and judicial populations.

Salary Range:  $67,000 - $91,000

As a Family Advocate, you'll work closely with parents, schools, and various agencies to help families achieve self-sufficiency and support children's lifelong learning, health, and behavior. Essential Functions:

  • Plans, implements, & manages fundraising strategies and activities in support of CMH & Ojai Valley Hospital Foundation goals.
  • Raises awareness in community of the importance of philanthropic support for Ojai Valley Hospital Foundation & CMH Ojai.
  • Manages operational fundraising calendar, mailings and meetings.
  • Manages all Foundation events. Including organizing and attending luncheons, dinners, visits, and other functions.
  • Coordinates media in collaboration with Marketing team.
  • Manages Foundation donor database.
  • Continuous interaction with donors, Board members, community members, and volunteers. Maintains a professional appearance.

Required:
