Working for healthy, sustainable, and just communities for all.

Student Coordinators

Student Program Coordinators perform work that is vital to the success of the CEJ.

Each academic year, we employ one or two students who each work 8-10 hours per week. Additionally, we have one part-time Student Program Coordinator each summer.

Each semester, we also like to have one student intern who, in consultation with a faculty adviser, combines CEJ work with an academic project.

Student Program Coordinators manage regular email and phone communication, administer the CEJ Conference Room schedule, and coordinate logistics and marketing for CEJ events. They also organize the Student Advisory Committee and coordinate at least two meetings each semester. In addition, these students have the opportunity to work closely with CEJ-affiliated faculty.

Hello! I'm Rosy Robinson and I'm the incoming Student Program Coordinator at the Sarah W. Heath Center for Equality and Justice for the 2025-2026 school year. I'm a sophomore majoring in both Biology and Philosophy and I'm very excited to be working at the CEJ. I enjoy hiking, art, reading, public speaking, spending time with friends, and working with animals. I care deeply about people, animals, and the planet. I hope to connect students with each other and their campus resources to build and strengthen our Cal Lu community. I also hope to contribute to a campus culture of reciprocal care and support where students and faculty alike feel uplifted, supported, and encouraged to participate in their community. Please feel free to say hello around campus or at the CEJ office. I'd love to speak with you!
