Jazz Collective Concert

Join the Cal Lutheran Jazz Collective for an evening of dynamic live performance featuring a diverse program of jazz standards, contemporary selections, and original student work. The ensemble will present music by artists such as Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, and Michael Jackson, alongside creative arrangements and genre-spanning pieces.

 

Showcasing the talent and versatility of student musicians, the program includes everything from Latin-inspired rhythms to pop-influenced ballads, as well as an original composition by an ensemble member. From expressive improvisation to high-energy ensemble playing, the Jazz Collective highlights the artistry and collaboration of Cal Lutheran’s student performers.

 

Admission is free; donations are welcome to support the Music Department’s programs.
